ABOUT
Chad Hermsen
Director
Leveraging years of property experience, Chad has championed the development of relevant customer driven brand mix outcomes for assets including Chadstone, Emporium Melbourne, Mall of the Emirates (Dubai), Eastland, Merrifield, Watergardens, Werribee and Bahrain City Centre to name a few.
Specialising in both large and greenfield projects, Chad offers well rounded experience from master planning to execution, utilising his experience and exceptional network within the industry.
Accredited with an MBA from the University of South Australia and a fully licensed Real Estate Agent in multiple states, Chad is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and current Non-Executive Director of the Dandenong Markets in Melbourne.
Chad is a multi-sector property expert having held roles in the finance, media, leisure and entertainment industries and has spent more than 20 years being driven by his passion for the retail industry.
Seeing the property market evolving across the retail and mixed use landscape in Australia, Chad saw the need for private and growing institutional landlords to have greater expertise available to them and launched RPR in March 2023.
Prior to launching RPR, Chad led the project leasing and centre repositioning for some of the largest assets in Australia and Middle East including roles as Portfolio General Manager Leasing & Design for QIC and Head of Leasing PGOC.

Tammy is a seasoned Retail Leasing Executive with over a decade of experience working with some of Australia's most prestigious landlords and property developers. Her unwavering passion for property, combined with her determination and positive attitude, make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Throughout her extensive career, Tammy has excelled across residential, retail, and commercial sectors. Her impressive portfolio includes mixed-use greenfield developments, major centers like DFO South Wharf, DFO Essendon, and DFO Moorabbin, as well as Bendigo Marketplace, Forest Hill Chase, and iconic Melbourne strip locations. Recently, she has broadened her expertise with a private developer, managing multiple assets.
